Project Delivery Manager

HDR is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our North Carolina Area Transportation Business Group. In this role, we'll count on you to:

Assist with the implementation of corporate quality processes while working with project managers or task leads providing guidance in monitoring and oversight of project quality activities Work with project managers to develop project specific QMP's and ensure coordination between design discipline reviewsLead QA/QC related discussions during project team meetingsAssist in identifying and documenting issues that may cause, or contribute to, deviations from planned/expected activities and coordinate corrective action plans to address issuesWork with project/client managers to assess and incorporate lessons learned from project reviews and client meetingsPerform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

A license/certificationPMP certificationMust have the ability to handle multiple assignmentsGood leadership and organizational skills are essential to this roleLocal candidates are preferredRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field 7 years related experience A minimum of 2 years  project management experience Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
