Project & Delivery Manager


As a Project & Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects across various domains. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving continuous process improvement.

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Be responsible and accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget, and scope for multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate with customers to deliver customized, competitive, and innovative technical and software solutions. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, changes, and issues while ensuring effective progress and status reporting, Manage project teams across Europe and the US, ensuring synchronization in commitments, communication, schedules, and deliverables. Continuously improve project management processes by using standard methodologies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

A Bachelor’s degree in electronics, electro-technology, or automation, with certified project management training preferred. A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in project management. Strong communication skills to confidently address executives, colleagues, and customers. A strong personal drive and adaptability to change.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Experience within the wind or solar industry is an advantage. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving global environment.
