Project Delivery Specialist

Work you'll do/Responsibilities + Create and implement conversion strategies to successfully migrate data from legacy platforms into middle office platforms. + Coordinate and drive the deliverables of conversion planning and testing in order to meet the milestones + Create data maps to show the flow from legacy systems to in-house system using existing functionality and processes + Drive the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology including requirements analysis, solution design. client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenance + Lead issue resolution and gap closure in terms of data provided or discrepancies in data between legacy presentation processes + Drive the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology including requirements analysis, solution design, client acceptance, timeline creation, implementation, unit testing, deployment tools, and maintenance + Lead issue resolution and gap closure in terms of data provided or discrepancies in data between legacy presentation and the future state model based on the feedback provided + Head all conversion events which includes some weekend activity and off hours + Serve as client facing lead for all conversion related activity + Serve as an SME speaking to details as required while managing multiple processes + Manage Conversion events like Damp runs, Dry runs and Dress rehearsals which leads up to the GO live conversion + Navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships and manage expectation + Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management. + Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes. Qualifications Required + Excellent Communication Skills with ability to effectively run meetings and collaborate across teams and functions + Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work.
