What You Will Do:Gannett Fleming TranSystems is seeking a Project Designer, Architecture to join our Life Sciences Team in Raleigh NC! You must be able to produce modern, quality results in a fast-paced, intellectual environment.
Our team will need you to collaborate on projects that will involve design and technical elements, as well as producing conceptual renderings and architectural drawings for all stages of projects.  In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:• Produce design documents for both schematic and construction document phases • Produce renderings or other presentation graphics• Assist in preparation of project code reviews and specifications• Review shop drawings and construction progress• Collaborate with our team for public and private sector projects• Construction Administration experience a plus

 

 

Education | Experience:What you will bring to our firm: •  Bachelors Degree in Architecture from an accredited program in Architecture.• 3 – 5 years of experience in one or more of the following market sectors; Biopharma, Education, Healthcare, Food and Beverage, and Commercial Architecture• Experience working in BIM (Revit), AutoCad, 3d Studio Max, Rhino, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite to produce documents, visualization, presentations and reports.• Completed or working through the NCARB AXP program or newly registered professional. Compensation:The range for this position is salary range is $60,000 - $95,000.
