Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:
Under the supervision of Provincial Link, Monitors the encoding of grievances in the Grievance Redress System application, temporary tracking and/or offline Grievance Redress System application; provide resolution on the grievances referred by the National Program Management Office or elevated to the Regional Program Management Office; Provides updates on the cases referred by the National Program Management Office until the final resolution of the cases; endorses grievances to appropriate level or office; Provide feedback to complainants for the cases referred or elevated to Regional Program Management Office.
