Job Description One (1) Project Development Officer I M & E (Contractual) I. TERMS OF REFERENCE Salary Grade : 11 (Php 25,439.00) Status of Employment : Contractual Location/Office : Field Office VII Program/Division/Unit : Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program Reports to : SWO IV II. QUALIFICATION GUIDE Minimum Qualification: Education : Bachelor’ Degree relevant to the job Training : None Required Experience : None Required Eligibility : None Required Preferred Qualification Education : Bachelor’s Degree Preferably Social Work, Social Sciences, Community Development or Allied Social Sciences Training : 8 hours of relevant training in planning and organizing frontline services Experience : 1 year of relevant experience Eligibility : RA 1080 /Career Service (Sub- Professional)/First Level Eligibility III. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Consolidates and prepares Quarterly. Semestral and Annual Provincial Accomplishment Report. 2. Provides inputs in the preparation of the Regional Work and Financial Plan. 3. Provides technical support in the implementation/conduct of Spot Checks, Impact Evaluation and other research activities. 4. Conducts Filed monitoring as required by the Regional Director. 5. Submits periodic and special reports as needed. 6. Recommends policies and/or strategies pertaining to planning, monitoring and evaluation, and research as needed. 7. Participates in the conduct of Regional Program Review and Evaluation Workshop (PREW). 8.
