One (1) Project Development Officer I (Provincial Monitoring and Evaluation Officer) Contractual)
I. TERMS OF REFERENCE:
Salary Grade : 11 (Php 27,000.00)
Status of Employment : Contractual
Location/Office : Field Office VII
Program/Division/Unit : Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program
Reports to : SWO IV
II. QUALIFICATION GUIDE
Minimum Qualification:
Education : Bachelor’ Degree relevant to the job Training : None Required
Experience : None Required Eligibility : None Required
Preferred Qualification:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job Training : At least 8 hours of relevant training to data Experience : At least 6 months of relevant experience Eligibility : RA 1080 /CS(Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
III. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Consolidate and Prepare Quarterly, Semestral and Annual Provincial Accomplishments Report.
2. Provide inputs to the provincial Annual Plan.
3. Conduct Field monitoring and spot checks as required by the Provincial Link (PL) 4. Provide technical support to all evaluation activities for the program Impact Evaluation as relayed by the Regional Program Management Office (RPMO).
5. Recommend policies and/or strategies pertaining o planning, monitoring and evaluation, and research.
6. Assist in the conduct of the Provincial Program Implementation Review (PIR).
7. Provide Technical assistance to City/Municipal operations offices in the preparation of technical reports and other concerns related to program implementation; and
8. Endorse research and data requests to Regional Office through the Records Section following the standard operating procedures.
9. Submit special reports as required.
Job Outputs:
· Periodic Reports (quarterly, semestral and annual)
· Client Satisfaction Report (for TA provision)
· Database of POO Units Spot-checks/Field Visits/Feedbacks Reports
· Provincial SWOT Analysis
· Annual Provincial Operation Plan
· Documentation of Monitoring Activities
· Communication Letters (Memorandum, Response Letters to the Request)
· Other Special Reports
