Preferred Qualification Standards:
Education : Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, or any business
related and social science degree
Training : At least 28 hours relevant training related to the job
Experience : 4 years’ experience in development-related to the job

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:
Shall be responsible to lead technical staff in the engagement and management of partners from government and private sector such National Government Agencies (NGAs), Government Owned and Controlled Corporations (GOCCs), State Universities/Colleges (SUCs), Local Government Units (LGUs), Government Banks or Financial Institutions (GFIs), Civil Society Organizations, Private Enterprises or Corporations, Private Schools, Colleges or Universities, Private Banks and Financial Institutions, or International Non-Governmental Organization (INGO) and other collaborating entities for the provision of needed interventions related to Micro-enterprise Development (MD) and Employment Facilitation (EF) of SLP participants to ensure sustainability of their livelihoods.
