Job Description  (1) slot for Project Development Officer II Salary Grade                      :          SG 15 Status of Employment     :          Contractual Location/Office                  :          NEGROS ORIENTAL Division/Unit                      :          Sustainable Livelihood Program Item Number                       :          FOVII-CONTRACTUAL-00695  Minimum Qualification Standards: Education       :          Graduate of any undergraduate degree Training            :          At least 4 hours relevant training related to the job Experience     :          At least 1 year experience in development-related subjects Eligibility         :          None Required  Preferred Qualification Standards:  Education Bachelor's degree in any business-related and/or social science related courses Training At least 16 hours of relevant training in any or combination of the following: project management, social entrepreneurship, business plan development, business operations, project implementation, employment relations, and community organizing Experience At least 3 years of relevant experience in development- related projects involving community organizing, business development and or training Eligibility None Required    This office highly encourages interested and qualified applicants including persons with disability (PWD), members of indigenous communities and those from any sexual orientation and gender identities (SOGI) for there shall be no discrimination in the selection of employees on account of gender, sexual orientation, civil status, disability, religion, ethnicity, or political affiliation.
