III.          JOB DESCRIPTION
 Provides update forms and guidelines and other related materials to municipal/city links to facilitate application, completion and processing of updates at the municipal/city level. Provides technical inputs to municipal/city links on the conduct of trainings and orientation at the municipal/city level and on how to mobilize parent leaders completing update forms and submission of supporting documents, follow up and feedback.  Reviews filled up updated forms (before encoding) to check accuracy and completeness and make sure that all supporting documents are supplied according to rules of the OM, and to facilitate return all incomplete forms to municipal/city links with appropriate recording in log books kept by the update unit.  Facilitates encoding of the forms in coordination with IT group and the adequate filling of update forms in cabinet files under Updates (organized by alphabetical order)  Supervises and monitors municipal/city links on the use of log books to make sure that dates and names of household beneficiaries who filed for updates are properly recorded for proper tracking, processing and feedback.  Review submitted updates and makes recommendations for approval/disapproval by the regional director and submission to the program manager at the NPMO for final approval.  Keep track of updates recommended and submitted and informs municipal/city links about the results so that they can inform beneficiaries in the timelines specified in the OM Performs another related task that may be assignedÂ
