Job Description One (1) Project Development Officer II IPDO (Contractual) I. TERMS OF REFERENCE Salary Grade : 15 (Php 35,097.00) Status of Employment : Contractual Location/Office : Field Office VII Program/Division/Unit : Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program Reports to : SWO III II. QUALIFICATION GUIDE Minimum Qualification: Education : Bachelor’ Degree relevant to the job Training : 4 hours of relevant training Experience : 1-year relevant experience Eligibility : None Required Preferred Qualification Education : Bachelor’s Degree Preferably Social Work Social Sciences, Communication Development or Allied Social Sciences Training : 24 hours of relevant training in planning and organizing frontline services Experience : 1 year of relevant experience Eligibility : RA 1080 /Career Service (Sub- Professional)/First Level Eligibility III. JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Invite, gather & orient potential partners about DSWD programs & services. 2. Acts as secretariat of RAC meetings, planning workshop with partner agencies, consultation workshop & dialogues with partners. 3. Conduct field visits, and spot checks to Pantawid areas. 4. Monitor the implementation of ESGP-PA. 5. Attends to scheduled meetings with CHED & school coordinators. 6. Provide feedback to concerned personnel. 7. Provide technical assistance to MLs and CLs. 8.
