One (1) PDO II (Regional Monitoring & Evaluation) Contractual
I. TERMS OF REFERENCE
Salary Grade : 15 (Php 36,619.00)
Status of Employment : Contractual Location/Office : Field Office VII Program/Division/Unit : PANTAWID
Reports to : PDO V/RPC II.
QUALIFICATION GUIDE
Minimum Qualification:
Education : Bachelor’ Degree relevant to the job Training : Fours (4) hours of relevant training Experience : 1 year of relevant experience Eligibility : None Required
Preferred Qualification:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job Training : Sixteen (16) hours of Relevant Training Experience : At least 2 years of progressive work experience in development-related projects and positions involving monitoring and evaluation, planning and organizing, management and analysis. Eligibility : CS Professional Eligibility (Professional) RA 1080
II. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Consolidate and prepare Quarterly, Semestral and Annual Regional Accomplishment Report and other required special reports.
2. Prepare the Regional Annual Thrusts and Priorities based on the National Thrusts and Priorities. DC) or Regional Program Coordinator (RPC).
5. Assist and provide technical support to all evaluation activities for the program such as the implementation /conduct of external spot checks and program impact Evaluation as relayed by the National Program Management Office (NPMO).
6. Facilitate data and research requests of external and internal stakeholders with adherence to the standard protocol of the department.
7. Render technical assistance to provincial M&E Officers relative to preparation of technical reports and other concerns related to program implementation.
8. Recommend policies and /or strategies pertaining to planning, monitoring and evaluation, and research.
9. Assist in the conduct of Regional Program Implementation Review.
10. Focal person in updating and maintaining the Regional Internal Monitoring System (i.e. internal monitoring tools and program dashboard).
11. Facilitate the harmonization/recalibration of the IPCs of the P/C/MOO staff based on the Annual Thrusts and Priorities.
12. Collect/consolidate/manage data on a regular basis to measure achievement of the regions, thrusts and priorities.
13. Assist in the improvement of existing internal M&E tools or introduction of additional tools in the provision of technical support; and
14. Perform other related tasks as required by the Division Chief (DC)/ Regional Program Coordinator (RPC)
