Brief Description of the General Function of the Position:

Shall be responsible in ensuring collaboration and coordination with the Local Government Units; provide Technical Assistance, monitor the compliance on program implementation, provide reports, and ensure targets are accomplished based on the implementation of projects related to disaster operations. Shall ensure the availability of Funds for disaster-related program implementation. Must ensure the preparation of Work and Financial Plan (WFP) and Monthly Disbursement Plan (MDP), submission of full liquidations to the Financial Management Division (FMD), responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of an organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial processes.
