RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with various departments for the overall development of DMCI Homes projects Responsible for monitoring projects and concerns from overall business perspective Recommend project decisions In charge of pricing computations and strategies (cost and budget monirtoring of DMCI Homes projects)

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance or equivalent At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position Must be analytic and detail-oriented Must have knowledge or interest in real estate Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must have excellent decision-making skills  Must be willing to work in Makati City Position is open for fresh graduates with excellent academic records
