We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** **ROLE PURPOSE** **The Project Director- Residential is responsible for overseeing and leading all pre and post construction activities for residential and hotel assets using 3D volumetric buildings systems, overseeing pre-construction, procurement and mobilization of the 3D MMC assembly facility across City Built Infrastructure.** **Incumbent is thoroughly familiar with volumetric manufacturing, flow line and cellular manufacturing to achieve a high level of pre-manufactured value (PMV) across a diverse range of premium quality residential assets.** **The role requires a strong understanding of volumetric building / manufacturing principles including lean manufacturing, design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA) principles, bills of materials (BOMS) and MRP systems.** **Lead the development of work package plans to ensure all key deliverables for manufacturing and assembly, installation and commissioning of assets align with the cost plan and programme objectives.** **Ensure design outputs align with the procurement and project execution strategy to procure supply chain ecosystems to manufacture core products into sub-assemblies that can be fully assembled into finished product locally in the 3D MMC assembly facility and/or onsite as required.** **Develop procurement execution strategies for work packages aligned to project deliverables and programme objectives, assessing commercial risks aligned to 3D MMC assembly, installation, commissioning, long lead procurement and whole life cycle cost.** **There will be extensive interface with 2D / In-situ delivery for Residential and hotel product that are not best suited to be delivered as 3D MMC, in addition to co-ordinating with other asset products ands city infrastructure.** **The role will involve developing detailed stakeholder management plans to identify, analyze and engage all key stakeholders and groups on a regular basis to manage expectations, objectives and outcomes.** **The role will foster a workplace culture that prioritizes compliance with company policies, procedures and project governance.** **Work closely with the QC/QA teams to ensure all QC/QA deliverables are in accordance with process, procedures and applicable standards using digital systems for inspection and test plans (ITP), BIM360 and COBie data.** **Build effective stakeholder relations across a multi-faceted organization developing key interface and engagement plans to build successful stakeholder relations.** **This role will be actively involved in both pre- and post-contract phases and requires the post holder to have experience in both phases.** **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES** **Provide leadership to Project Managers and functional support teams through mentoring and guidance in support of project goals and objectives.** **Develop detailed pre and post project execution strategies focused on programme, cost plan and compliance with company policies, procedures and project governance.** **Ensure design and engineering development aligns with project execution and cost plans.** **Support the procurement process to ensure all project deliverables and works information meets the employer’s requirements and quality objectives.** **Oversee and manage risks using hazard identification to manage and mitigate risks in conjunction with the wider project team.** **Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback and professional development.** **Build effective stakeholder relations across a multi-faceted organization developing key interface and engagement plans to build successful stakeholder relations** **Support the Senior Director Common Assets to ensure pre and post construction activities for project execution for residential assets are implemented effectively.** **BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS** **Knowledge , Skills, Experience** **Demonstrable background in volumetric manufacturing and advanced manufacturing principles in premium residential assets** **Proficient in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.** **A self-motivated, proactive individual who leads by example.** **Initiative-taking leadership qualities, technical problem-solving skills through building stakeholder relationships.** **Delivery focused, strong ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives to project managers and engineers.** **Experience building and leading multidisciplined teams.** **Demonstrable record in successful delivery of large complex projects as project lead/project director** **Saudi Arabia experience preferred but not essential.** **Qualifications** **Engineering Degree i** **n Construction or Manufacturing** **, must be proficient in V** **olumetric Manufacturing/installation** **, having played a senior role in large multi-faceted complex projects.** **Minimum 15+ years of direct
