This position, Project Director, will be the main point of contact for Idaho DHS and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day work of the team, ensuring project timelines are met and managing work quality.

Job Functions include but are not limited to:

Managing the project timelines and status and communicating proactively with the DepartmentDeveloping conceptual designs for recruitment and retention plansAssisting in the development of performance measuresReporting lessons learned and recommendations for continuous program quality improvementManaging training and technical assistance activitiesEnsuring client needs and expectations are metWriting visually appealing progress and final reports

PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $80,000 - 100,000.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.  As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
