Project Documentation Engineer

What will you do:The Project Documentation Engineer will support the Project Manager in successful execution of Medium Voltage switchgear systems projects by preparing and submitting technical documentation and keeping control of the documentation for the project. We are looking for motivated individuals who strive for quality and continual improvement. If you are looking for a challenging enviroment working with partners from USA this is your chance.
Responsibilities include:• Review & understand the documentation submittal requirements of the contract• Create custom O&M manuals in the contractually required format• Uploading & downloading of the documentation, such as drawings and O&M manual from customer documentation sites• Maintain document control system and keep track of all submittals• Participate actively in the improvement of the project management support processes• Support Project Managers in preparing project reports• Communication internal and external
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:• Knowledge and experience working with Documentation systems• Bachelor degree as Engineer in areas such as Industrial, Process, Quality, Logistics
What will you need to succeed?• 1 to 3 years of experience working with documentation• Recent graduates with documentation background will also be considered• English proficiency (At least Upper Intermediate)
