PROJECT EMPLOYEE – HUMAN RESOURCE (9 months)

Duties & Responsibilities: 

1.     Understand Workday system and its navigation as part of the basic expectation for the project.

2.     Deliver and administer training programs in relation to the project deployment timeline.

3.     Organize, schedule, prepare materials and coordinate training logistics with participants and HR Leads prior to implementation of training schedules. 

4.     Create promotional materials and written, visual training materials in relation to the project as needed.

5.     Prepare training venues and supplies needed for the training.

6.     Create evaluation assessments and post evaluation reports and be able to address and close raised areas of concern. 

7.     Create monitoring files for successful implementation of training program. 

Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in social sciences/Education/IT

·       Proficient in the use of system applications  

Preferably with work experience in communication related tasks/trainings.
