What will you do?

In this position you will join our civil infrastructure business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

Use your knowledge of Hong Kong standards and codes to prepare concept design reports and detailed design specificationsPrepare submission procedures and design standards in Hong KongCarrying out site investigations and audits to inform new designsCommunicate effectively with the internal team and external consultants to produce coordinated designsPreparation of calculations required for the design of engineering projectsPlanning studies, conceptual and detailed design of civil infrastructure projectsProducing detailed designs and documentation for the implementation of medium to large sized engineering projectsMarketing activities and preparation of fee submissionsPreparation of specifications, proposals and other tender documentationUndertaking site inspections and associated reporting, liaison with clients, sub-consultants and contractors

Degree in Civil EngineeringMin. 5 years of working experience in drainage / sewage / water treatment projectsCandidates with more experience will be considered as Senior EngineerCEng or HKIE corporate member is preferredAbility to produce sound designs independently with commitment to qualityProficient in written and spoken English and ChineseGood organization and project management skillsSelf-motivated and ambitious individuals with desire to developProficient with digital design tools and design software
