YOUR ROLEThe Project Engineer will develop project plans; outlining scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables to guide the project from initiation to completion.
Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation to meet project goals within financial constraints. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring proactive problem-solving. Effectively communicate project progress, milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders. Monitor project timelines closely, identifying and addressing potential delays, and implementing adjustments as needed to keep the project on schedule. Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards and fulfill client or organizational needs. Conduct thorough post-project evaluations to analyze outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and incorporate lessons learned into future projects. YOUR SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and resources efficiently. Good at identifying and resolving issues, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to project management. Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and unforeseen circumstances. Lean Manufacturing Technology- Microsoft Project (MSP), SAP, Auto CADThe salary for this role is $77,400.00 - $107,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
