Job Summary:
The project engineer (PE) is responsible for providing support and overall technical responsibility for the entire process, from the initial stage of the project to estimating, preliminary design, production support, commissioning support, and customer delivery. PE makes drawings and support technical issues for our clients and other team workers. PE handles sales orders and create BOM in SAP for projects.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Technical meeting /negotiations with clients or/and our sales staff. Reviewing client’s specification in detail. Participate in customer meetings when required. Getting the latest specification like as valve list, diagram, and yard-supply items, vendor’s drawing. Create and control of the VRC Drawing. Reviewing client’s comments and reflecting them, informing client and our sales staff of extra cost if it occurs. Drawing flange, adapter, frame, seats, name plate, and etc. for vendor’s manufacture. Configure BOM according to material and register it in SAP. Address incoming project comments. If a problem arises, finding solutions to resolve it. Technical support to other departments. Supporting requests from other world areas such as sending BOM list, Final drawing, etc. Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the Project engineering Manager, Project engineering director.Who You Are:
You ensure the effective management, implementation, and successful completion of all assigned projects. Need to handle approval/working/final documents, register sales order & BOM in SAP and technical support for internal/external customer.

For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. A knowledge of hydraulic system A knowledge of the shipbuilding(especially Valve Remote Control System) Strong AUTODESK(cad, inventor) skills, particularly MS Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome. Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people. Good communication skills in both Korean and English. Willing to work at a customer site for a project period.
