· Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements, ensure contractor compliance with all safety policies

· Coordinate all aspects of projects pertaining to the technical activities on assigned projects

· Acquire quotes from vendors on new equipment or modifications to existing processing equipment

· Determine costs on new and proprietary projects, and manage the spending throughout the project

· Prepare all necessary documents for capital expenditure requests

· Control project variables; timing, cost, quality, and risks

· Coordinate the construction of new production and any accessory equipment necessary for projects

· Oversee the commissioning of new production equipment and process, including training for the production personnel

· Work with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to develop quality assurance testing programs on completed projects

· Insure the project will be completed on time, within budget, and achieve the stated deliverables for the project

Qualifications

· Engineering Degree or equivalent manufacturing experience required

· Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and provide direction in a positive manner

· Ability to travel as required

· Proficient with CAD and Microsoft project
