Job Description

Organizes and executes a broad range of project assignments requiring extensive knowledge of civil engineering practices. Plans, develops, and carries out the technical requirements of large and important development projects or several smaller projects with complex features. Provides input for proposals to estimate costs and establish budgets for project technical requirements. Prepares project work plans, sets schedules, establishes budgets, and organizes project execution. Works independently to solve technical problems within the initial scope of work and may request changes in scope if unanticipated problems develop. Participates in job completion reviews to critique both positive and negative aspects of the project. Coordinates and reviews the work of staff engineers and CAD drafters. Provides quality assurance plan reviews for completeness of drawings. Keeps abreast of new methods and developments affecting the civil engineering field.

In office. Team size: 3-4+. Dress Code: Professional. Hours/Shift: 7am/8am start time. Benefits include paid holidays, ten days paid vacation per year, five days paid sick leave per year, 401-k with matching funds, life insurance, long-term disability, short-term disability insurance (eligible the first day of the month after 90 days of service).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00

• Paid Holidays, Ten (10) days paid vacation per year, Five (5) days paid sick leave per year.
• 401-k with matching funds (eligible the first day of the month after 90 days of service).
• Life insurance, long-term disability, short-term disability insurance (eligible the first day of the month after 90 days of service).
