Perform Reliability Analysis and Recommendations
Complete SAP work order reviewsLead equipment failure root cause analysis and provide recommendations Oversee applicable critical sparing Utilize technology and tools such as PI, Tableau, SAP, and Meridium to analyze equipment performance and drive improvementProvide Technical Support/Standards Support
Serves as SME for applicable equipmentResponds to assigned incident recommendation closures to ensure safe, reliable and cost-competitive solutionsDevelops new and reviews existing standards to drive continuous improvement Maintains Approved Manufacturer/Vendor listsProvides Field Services/Operations Support
Supports Reliability Specialists and Operations with project support and troubleshooting equipment deficienciesReviews, updates and develops maintenance proceduresManages Program Budget
Assists in determining project prioritization for current year and 5-year plansProvides oversight/guidance for applicable L3S managed projectsMOC Close-Out Tasks
Performs MOC tasks and reviews for applicable projects and equipmentPM management and optimization
Monitors equipment performance to gauge PM effectivenessDrives continuous improvement around PM scope and executionDevelops schedules and tasks for assigned PMsSparing plans
Oversees MPL’s critical spares for applicable equipment, adjusts plans based on needs of the business
Safety
Technology
Identifies and investigates new technology to optimize electrical maintenance, reliability and safety such as condition based maintenance opportunitiesChampions piloting and testing of new technology
Liaison with key manufacturers, vendors, repairs facilities, and other third parties

Minimum Qualifications
Education: B.S. Degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience: At least 4 years of electrical engineering experienceOffice Location: Findlay, OH strongly preferred but would consider other locationsTravel requirement: 10%#LS #mpl
