Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Engineer with over 2 years of experience, ideally from a multifamily or commercial background. You will be part of our airport group, working on projects that include DEN, LAX, SFO, IH, and BWI.

ResponsibilitiesOrganize and prioritize tasks based on customer needs.Communicate effectively and articulate thoughts clearly.Learn and adapt to our unique project processes.Manage tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.Handle approximately 10 tasks at a time, managing each based on capabilities.Schedule project timelines and deliverables.Be responsible for 4 projects initially, each valued under $500K, with potential to manage more as capabilities are demonstrated.Lead a team in the design and construction of large-scale industrial projects.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering.Experience in multifamily or commercial projects.Strong organizational skills.Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to unique processes.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with projects smaller than $500K is acceptable.Capability to manage tasks and schedules effectively.Experience in the GC field is a plus.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $43.00
