Job Description
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Project Manager to plan and manage project layouts and equipment needs for North American Manufacturing Center (NAMC) projects. The role involves evaluating equipment modifications, supporting multiple simultaneous projects, and contributing to process improvements. Successful candidates will provide feedback for group development and support decision-making processes for project success.

The work environment includes a hybrid schedule with remote work on Monday and Friday (if approved) and onsite work on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The role requires domestic and international travel within the US, Japan, and Canada, with approximately one week of travel per six weeks based on project needs. Candidates must have steel toe boots, and approximately 20% overtime is expected. The position involves working at NAMC production facilities/sites, participating in meetings, shop go & see activities, and benchmarking.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00
