Job Description
This position offers an opportunity to shape new products from scratch and improve existing ones. The candidate will work closely with customers to develop system concepts, technical requirements, and product specifications. Additionally, the candidate will lead the technical team throughout the development lifecycle.

The work environment involves close collaboration with technical teams and customers. The role requires the ability to lead and manage all technical aspects of projects, including underwater acoustics, navigation, and electronic systems. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $220000.00
Benefits include medical, dental and vision, life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, 3% 401K contribution (no matching required), company events.
