Monadelphous is seeking a Project Engineer - Mechanical to support our operations in our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support the projects, including tasks such as leading the team, building client relationships, preparing high quality reporting and defining scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of RFQ's, review of quotations, manage technical queriesReview of internal and subcontractor quality documentationCollation of daily, weekly and monthly reportsInterpret drawings, standards, and client proceduresEngage and manage sub-contractorsBuild and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders

Experience in a similar role, ideally in a mining environmentPrevious on-site experienceDemonstrated problem solving abilityStrong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing conditionsHigh attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong interpersonal skillsProof of right to work in AustraliaTertiary qualification in engineering (beneficial)
