Our Department
You will have the unique opportunity to join the FFEx (Fill and Finish Expansions) department, dedicated to all major expansion activities, including aseptic production, solid dosage forms, finished production, storage and finishing warehouses, and quality control. You will play a highly cross-functional role, working with a multidisciplinary team, allowing you to interact with all project stakeholders and implement numerous initiatives.
Role
As our Project Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing Quality Control activities for raw material sampling and packaging material inspection.
Your specific tasks will include:
Assisting the project manager in defining the project scope, objectives, expected deliverables, stakeholder mapping, estimated cost, and timeline using the company's project management tools and standards. Developing a detailed project plan, including project parameters. Identifying risks and mitigation measures during the execution process. Monitoring and coordinating the activities of internal and external resources for the project (suppliers, all internal project-related stakeholders). Tracking the project in terms of objectives, quality, schedule, and budget.
Required Qualifications:
You hold a BAC+5 (engineering degree, Master’s, or pharmacist) in engineering or equivalent. You have at least 2 years of experience in project management within a project environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industry. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. You have excellent organization, planning, and project management skills. You excel in analysing, defining, and building solutions in a complex and cross-functional international environment. You are knowledgeable about Lean continuous improvement tools. You are capable of leading and planning projects and facilitating cross-functional working groups. You have a strong work ethic, rigor, and a willingness to take responsibility and succeed.Working at Novo Nordisk
