Job DescriptionMAE  and automatization projects leading ( new machine specbook preperation )Apply project management and automation knowledge and tools.Fulfill project management plan utilizing the specified project team and all other resources.Participation and organization project acceptance request studies within plantMake decision within approved project management plan.Control project scope, time, cost, quality over the project duration.Following machine acceptanceChoose the right automation frameworks, tools, and platformsClose cooperation with machine suppliers, development teams and plant on technical topics on an international levelLeading international and interdisciplinary project teams (design, purchasing, machine suppliers, production, layout, sample shop, series preparation)Ensuring the usage of Know-How in  individual MAE projectsReporting project status regularly to internal customers and managementDocumenting project progress according to quality directivesEscalate decisions needs beyond project management plan to review board.

QualificationsBSc/Ms.Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mecatronic EngineeringKnowledge about project management tools and automation frameworksSAP good knowledgeVery good English skills (written and spoken). Knowledge of German is preferred.Rexroth product and production experience is preferredHaving project management certification is preferred.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with a high degree of flexibility within a changing workplace environment.Ability to secure cooperation and assistance from others to achieve defined objectives of the role.Ability to manage one's own time, set priorities, plan, monitor and organize work in order to meet specific time frame and allocated tasks within the rolePrecise and systematic working style with an analytical mindsetTeam-work awareness and the ability of cross departments workingUnderstanding of different cultures and working stylesGood knowledge about Machining processes (milling, turning) and assembly technologyWillingness to travel domestic and international for machines acceptances
