Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our VIC Operations team who are based in Morwell, Victoria.
You will support the pre-contracts team, focusing on estimating, tender compilation, and planning for sustaining capital projects, shutdowns, and long-term service contracts.

Key responsibilities include:
• Review tender documents and respond to EOIs, ensuring alignment with company assessment tools to mitigate risks.• Liaise with clients and suppliers to gather information for submissions.• Compile estimates of man-hours, materials, and costs.• Assist in pre-award negotiations with the Tender Manager and Area/Project Managers.• Conduct job handovers to project teams, ensuring a smooth transition from tender to execution.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.• Methodical approach including good time management, detail oriented, organisational skills.• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering OR Trade qualifications in a related area• Commitment and dedication to safety.• On-site industry experience in resources, engineering, or construction, with a solid understanding of trades and project operations.• Proof of right to work in Australia
