Job Description

Job Purpose

This position's responsibilities would be to understand deliver & execute the assigned project /work package activities on time with good quality, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction. He / She will be involved in develop, implement, test and commission activities of the Life Sciences projects. He / She would work with Team Lead/Lead Engineer to understand the requirements and with the application to build the solution. He/ She will report to the team lead.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality, cost effectiveness and with customer satisfactionKeep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team's capabilitiesWork on technical implementation in whole life-cycle of project deliveryWork with Team Lead/ Project Manager to manage technical risk in project executionWork with Team Lead/Lead Engineer to clarify technical issuesWork with PM for scope management, including WBS developmentCoach and develop other project engineersCost reduction through process & manufacturing improvement, and through development of reusable engineering or engineering standard.Ensure 100% meet technical items defined in scope of project in project delivery.Ensure project implementation follows the procedure of Front Office /SSB.Maximize reusable standard product and engineering in project delivery.Lead commissioning activities at site and with customer oriented approach.Experience on Consumer goods industry like Food & Beverages, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, Pulp & Paper etc.Minimum 8 yr. experience on PLC/ HMI/ SCADA/ VFD software. Knowledge on RA software is preferred.Commissioning experienceServo Drives experienceBatch programming experience.Must understand Life Sciences Industry from its process point of view.Lead Projects Application on End to End basis (starting from Proposals to commissioning) with a focus on Life Sciences Industries.Understand S88 Batch Standards, GAMP5 (Equipment Phase, Equipment Module, Control Module), PlantPax/Process Library,Knowledge, skill and experience on Serialization solution.Addresses conflict and other barriers to collaborate constructively, adapting to cultural norms and expectationsIs flexible / responsive to manage global needs & expectations about GEBS engineering deliveriesHave ability to adopt to changing needs and identify any risk as well in the projects at an early stage.Have a clear concept on continuous improvementMust have strong customer focus/ engagement experience.Understand RA Hardware to lead commissioning activities at site.The ability to collaborate with, learn from colleagues in a complex, global organisation.We provide a working environment with a creative company, paired with a great compensation package, great benefits, and a supportive atmosphere where you can sharpen with new challenges and development opportunities.and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
