Sales Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.The work model for the role is: #LI – onsiteThis role is contributing to the Process Automation – Measurement & Analytics in India.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEvaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.•\tProviding technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.•\tAssisting in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects.•\tUtilizing checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines.•\tReviewing technical specifications & engineering drawings, reviewing contract scope from projects and client and Join walk through with client for system handover. Planning and execution of FAT, Internal testing activities of CGA / Analyzer shelter system.•\tRecommends appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.•\tProactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou enjoy working with Analytical background, preferably on Liquid / water Analyzer in the Oil & Gas market\tYou have 6 years of experience in Project Engineering\tYou are innovative around experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors.\tFull time Degree in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or similar field.\tYou are at ease communicating in English -Verbal & Written.
