Job Title: Project Engineer
Job Description

Join our dynamic sustaining engineering project team responsible for managing and coordinating engineering product design changes for currently released medical device products such as hospital beds and equipment. Our collaborative environment responds to the changing needs of each project, resolving issues to avoid delays and disruptions for our operations team.

ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional project teams from planning through implementation, including both internal and external team members.Effectively plan and execute projects using project management tools.Coach project team members, solve problems, and make decisions for the project.Lead multiple small to medium projects with limited supervision.Communicate both up and down the organization to complete projects and provide status updates.Support change control KPI reporting with project reporting.Create and maintain project schedules.Assist in tracking and communication of project risks.Support continuous improvement opportunities and ongoing process improvements within the sustaining engineering project team.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in engineering.2-4 years of project management experience managing projects of various sizes.Experience leading cross-functional project teams from planning through implementation.Proficiency in project coordination, engineering, mechanical engineering, AutoCAD, project scheduling, MS Project, document control, bill of material management, and manufacturing engineering.Experience with medical devices.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Project and Monte Carlo simulation.Experience with Agile Product Lifecycle Management from Oracle.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with Monday and Friday off-site. The onsite environment involves working in a manufacturing setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
