We are looking for an Engineer to serve a dual role as the Scrum Master and proxy-PO (Product Owner) for the PDU module firmware development, as well will have the opportunity to act as the Project Manager for the PDU customization projects under the Configure-to-Order (CTO) process. This position requires a blend of agile project management, technical leadership, and strategic oversight to ensure the successful delivery of firmware development and customization projects. **What you’ll do:** + **Develop Strong PDU Knowledge:** + Technical behavior + Electrical + Mechanical + Code and Standards + **Act as a Scrum Master & Proxy-PO:** + Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) + Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog + Ensure the development team adheres to Agile principles and practices + Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment + Track and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals + **Act as a Project Engineer:** + Lead the PDU customization project, ensuring alignment with the Configure-to-Order (CTO) process + Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets + Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations + Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices + Supervise industrialization activities with local teams and manufacturing locations **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of experience in firmware development, including acting as a Scrum Master for several teams + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering **Skills:** + Working knowledge of Agile Application Lifecycle Management and development tools, including Confluence Wiki and JIRA.
