Noblis ESI is seeking a Project Engineer with a national space enterprise and ground systems acquisition background to work with our clients in supporting the future ground architecture.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projectsProvide technical guidance and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilitiesAssist the PM/COTR in program management; strategic planning; cost, schedule, and performance monitoring and reporting; program synchronization; generating requests for information responses; cross-program coordination; and programmaticsWill support Agile-based program management and implementation of a Model-Base Systems Engineering approachLead IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, and PMRs Support the PM in multiple areas which include systems, mission, and enterprise engineering; program management; acquisition support; analytic support; technical analysis; user requirement management/development; architecture; and customer outreach and support Serve as technical expert in their assigned areaOther responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customersRequired Qualifications Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph Bachelor’s degreeExperience in project management and acquisition, with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or ICFamiliarity with project management; monitoring developer cost, schedule, and performance; and program office processes, techniques, and documentation Ability to facilitate commonality within the enterprise by defining, acquiring, and integrating a multi-INT, multi-sensor, and multi-nodal processing capabilityAbility to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer dailyTrack and respond to office tasking, build, and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendar

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
