What you'll do as: Project Engineer

Assist in managing Industry 4.0 initiativesDevelop detailed project plansEvaluate manufacturing processes for improvementImplement Industry 4.0 technologiesUse data analytics for process optimization


Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science or equivalent experience (Industrial, Electrical, or similar, Computer Science, or related field.)

• Experience:

o 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environments, with exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies and practices.

o Experience with Total Performance Management (TPM) methodologies and practices

o Experience with automation, IoT, data analytics, and process optimization in a production setting.

• Technical Skills:

o Knowledge of smart manufacturing technologies such as IoT devices, PLCs, SCADA systems, AI, machine learning, and robotics. Ignition/Sepa Soft is a plus.

o Understanding of data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SQL).

o Understanding of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA, etc.).

o Experience with Ignition/Sepasoft MES, SAP-ERP, and CMMS systems
