Project Engineer - Aviation Electrical Subsystems

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer, with direct experience with Aerospace/Aviation Electrical Subsystems, to join our dynamic team in Everett, WA. This is an onsite role that requires expertise in electrical subsystems and a proven track record of managing requirements, system integration, and certification processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of critical milestones for commercial aircraft projects. Experience with Commercial aviation programs is highly desired.

This is an onsite role in Everett, WA open to US Citizens and Green Card Holders.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage requirements using DOORS for electrical subsystems.

Lead product qualification, system verification, system-level integration, and certification activities.

Provide management planning and technical support for Exterior Lights, Tail Strike Sensor, Window Heat, and Flight Deck Access System projects.

Drive preparation and closure of critical project milestones, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Interface with stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical and project deliverables.

Qualifications:

Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holders due to export control restrictions.

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical subsystems for commercial aircraft.

Proficiency in managing requirements using DOORS.

Expertise in requirements definition, product qualification, system verification, system integration, and certification.

Proven experience working on commercial aircraft projects.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
