Desired profile:

oEngineering degree or equivalent higher education (mechanics, electrical engineering, process engineering), oAt least 8 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in aeronautics and/or mechanical industry. oKnowledge of machining processes desired. oProficiency in an ERP (MFGPro), design software (Solidworks, Catia, Autocad). oProficiency in industrial project management tools (Microsoft project). oKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and the activity of Methods services. oGood computer skills: Office Pack, Oracle database, Vba, Power BI. oFluent English (read, written, spoken)

MISSIONS/ACTIVITIES:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects aimed at improving the performance and efficiency of technical and industrial processes from the design phase to their commissioning.

Your main missions are:

Technical and Industrial Project Management:

•Plan, coordinate and supervise all stages of projects, including needs analysis, drafting specifications, managing calls for tenders, while respecting the constraints of costs, deadlines and quality imposed. •Design and Development: Participate in the design of equipment and installations, ensuring their compliance with current regulations. •Team Coordination: Work closely with the production, methods, maintenance and quality teams to ensure the smooth running of projects. Facilitate communication between all stakeholders. •Validation and Qualification: Participate in the validation and qualification processes of equipment and processes. •Monitoring and Reporting: Ensure rigorous monitoring of the various projects and produce regular reports on progress, risks, and corrective measures to be implemented.

Coordination of the Continuous Improvement Program:

•Coordinate and be a driving force for proposals on Continuous Improvement projects (CIP: Continuous Improvement Program). •Be able to translate the results of the actions carried out into financial impact on the P&L. •Set up and monitor key performance indicators and report on them. •Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency, quality, and safety of industrial processes. •Continuously monitor technology in order to anticipate future actions.
