The Project Engineer position exists to ensure seamless documentation management and technical oversight across all construction projects. This role is crucial for maintaining standardized processes, managing project documentation through Procore, and delivering comprehensive closeout packages that demonstrate our client's superior organizational capabilities and technical expertise to stakeholders.

The Impact you’ll makeSubmittal Management\nCreate and maintain detailed submittal logs\nReview/Markup submittal for clarity and consistency\nProcess and standardize submittals for ownership review\nTrack submittal status and update Project Managers\nResearch engineering concerns within submittals\nDrawing Control\nMaintain current project drawing sets\nUpdate drawings with RFI responses\nManage version control and distribution\nArchive superseded drawings\nProject Documentation\nSet up project structures in Procore\nMaintain organized filing systems\nEnsure documentation accessibility\nStandardize documentation across projects\nCloseout Process\nCompile comprehensive closeout packages\nOrganize warranties and maintenance instructions\nCreate user-friendly operations manuals\nPresent completed documentation to ownership\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\n3-5 years of construction documentation experience\nEngineering or construction background\nDemonstrated experience with Procore or similar construction management software\nExperience with AutoCAD and PDF markup tools\nHistory of working on remote/international projects\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\n
