Come soar with us._ This is a seven-month co-op beginning June 2025 - December 2025 and the work will be completed at the Aguadilla site in Puerto Rico. It is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past May 2026. Candidate must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. **What You Will Do** + Will assist in coordination and overseeing of administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines while also liaising between project management and planning and line management. + Helps coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. + Monitors and assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives. + Participates in engineering activities that further success of overall project objectives. + Participates in the coordination, preparation and maintenance of project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements to ensure that all action item lists are completed, and project quality expectations are met. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline. + Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish(verbal and written). + **U.S. citizenship is required** , as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract **Qualifications We Prefer** + Project Management experience. + Teamcenter, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel experience + Knowledge in Engineering Cost Analysis, Budget Management, Engineering Statistics * Please consider the following role type definitions as you apply for this role. + **Hybrid:** Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.
