About the Role: We’re seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our Milwaukee-based team. As a pivotal contributor to our construction projects, you’ll collaborate closely with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution from pre-construction through closeout. Key Responsibilities: + Support project managers with document control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders + Assist with estimating, procurement, and subcontractor coordination + Maintain and monitor project schedules and budgets + Track materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics + Prepare daily reports, meeting minutes, and progress documentation + Participate in jobsite meetings and coordinate field activities as needed + Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field + 1–3 years of experience in commercial construction preferred + Strong communication and organizational skills + Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software + Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word) + Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
