Provides project engineering services. Assist in other engineering services such as inspection and testing, maintenance services, plant monitoring, testing, optimization and improvement, and engineering documentation.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Oversees the development and execution of project proposals. Oversees the company power contracts and coordination with service providers. Provides preliminary engineering design and analysis, prepares materials and equipment specifications, prepares detailed engineering plans and drawings and conducts technical evaluation of proposals. Assists inspection engineer as required and witnessing of tests and analysis. Aids the reliability engineer, as required, in troubleshooting and resolution of equipment problems, conduct of engineering studies and equipment performance appraisals, as required, including recommendations for improved reliability.

 

Qualifications:

 

Candidate must be a professional level, PRC licensed, Electrical Engineer. Preferably with training in Project Evaluation, Engineering and Project Management Preferably with 2 to 3 years applied knowledge and experience in Plant operations, maintenance and/or engineering practice in a heavy industrial process plant. With strong analytical and troubleshooting/problem solving skills and decision making. Motivated to work with minimum supervision. Physically fit and not afraid to get hands dirty. Confident with leadership skills and articulate, able to communicate well with internal and external organizations. People oriented and can get along well with people.  Knowledgeable in MS Office applications, preferably PowerPoint, Word and Excel
