What you’ll do:

The program will start with the role of a Project Engineer in Marolles, France, where you will join our Interconnect Technology Division within Eaton’s Aerospace business. In this role, you will be a part of the team working on electrical and optical connectors and interconnection systems. You will be largely involved in continuous improvement for the new product development processes by leading the implementation of portfolio and project management tools. As a Project Engineer, you will work on automation of processes related to Research & Development and foster cross-functional collaboration with teams across the division to drive operational excellence.

 

The second year of the program will take place in another EMEA country within one of the following disciplines: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, embedded systems, power electronics, product development. Potential locations for the second-year assignment include Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Italy.
 

Program duration: Two years. Rotations:  1st Year: Two six-month assignments in Operations and Specialty Finance roles 2nd Year: One 12-month assignment in Financial Planning & Analysis Locations: Two different countries within the EMEA region Examples of roles within the Program: Accounting & Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis, Internal Audit, Manufacturing/Plant Controlling, Product Line Controlling, Commercial or Supply Chain Management Finance - depending on the country and business unit you will focus on. Qualifications:

•    Currently possess, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering with a graduation date no later than August 2025
•    1-3 years of experience (counting internships)
