Purpose of the Job
The purpose of this role\nis to execute fixed scope on projects and further develop engineering skills.\nThis will involve implementing defined parts of standard engineering solutions under\nthe close supervision of other project engineers and assisting in the\ndevelopment of new or non-standard solutions.
The\nwork is in the Oil & Gas industry.
Principal\nResponsibilities
Study of project design inputs such as P&IDs, User Requirement Specification (URS), Control Narratives, Logic diagrams, Instrument Schedule, Cable Schedule, System Architecture, and IO/Tag Database.
Perform hardware visual inspection and loop check.
Installation and Configuration of servers, switches, and stations.
Establishing communications between systems.
Proactively looks to build cross-discipline experience and increase knowledge through working with other engineers.
Reports progress and technical problems and/or changes to the project lead engineer or supervising engineer.
