The Purpose of the Role

As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the\nsuccessful execution of Honeywell Building Automation Projects. You will be\nresponsible for preparing project documentation and drawings, programming\ncontrollers, supervising cabling and equipment installation, overseeing test\nand commissioning activities, and preparing Human-Machine Interface (HMI)\ngraphics. Your expertise in Honeywell systems, including fire alarms, CCTV,\ncard access, Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA), and Building Management\nSystems (BMS) will be essential in delivering high-quality projects that meet\nour clients' needs. This position requires no restrictions on working at\ncustomer job sites both domestically and abroad. Proficiency in English, both\nwritten and spoken, is required to facilitate effective communication across\nteams and with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project\n Documentation: Prepare\n and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project\n plans, scope of work, specifications, and drawings.
Ensure\n that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on\n time.Drawings\n and Design: Develop\n and review system design drawings and schematics.
Collaborate\n with other engineering teams to ensure compliance with the project\n requirements.Controller\n Programming: Program\n various Honeywell controllers related to fire alarm systems, security,\n access controls, PAVA, and BMS. Perform\n debugging and troubleshooting to ensure system performance.Preparation\n of HMI Graphics: Design\n and create user-friendly HMI graphics that effectively represent system\n status and controls. Collaborate\n with stakeholders to ensure that graphics meet project specifications and\n enhance user interaction.Supervision\n of Installation: Supervise\n and coordinate the installation of cabling and equipment for automation\n systems.
Ensure\n that installations adhere to industry standards and Honeywell protocols.Testing\n and Commissioning: Lead\n test and commissioning activities for all automation system components.
Document\n test results and ensure that systems meet performance specifications\n before handing over to the client.System\n Integration: Oversee\n and facilitate the integration of various Honeywell systems, ensuring\n seamless operation across platforms. Collaborate\n with third-party vendors to ensure compatibility and compliance of\n integrated systems. Client\n Interaction: Maintain\n effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle in\n a professional manner. Address\n client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.Compliance\n and Standards: Ensure\n compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory\n requirements.
Stay\n updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve\n project outcomes.Travel\n Flexibility: Willingness\n and ability to travel to customer job sites, both domestically and\n internationally, as required by project demands.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor's\n degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field).Minimum\n of 3 years of experience in project engineering within ELV systems.Strong\n knowledge and hands-on experience with Honeywell systems, including fire\n alarms, CCTV, card access, PAVA, and BMS.Proficiency\n in controller programming and system integration.Excellent\n command of the English language, both written and verbal, enabling\n effective communication with team members and clients.Excellent\n organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability\n to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
