Senior Project Engineer

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tEvaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.•\tProviding technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.•\tAssisting in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects.•\tUtilizing checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines.

Qualifications for the role

You have completed electrical engineering or process engineering training (HTL, FH or TU), preferably in the field of energy technology or computer science.You have very good knowledge of the administration of Windows systems and network technology. Knowledge of IT or OT security is an advantage.Fluent German skills, good English skills and a B driver's license are required. Personally, you convince with a high level of communication and representation skills, flexibility and initiative. You are used to working with a team and attach great importance to cost-conscious thinking and acting.You have a quick grasp and have the motivation to develop further.The willingness to travel within Germany as well as to neighboring European countries is available (stays vary depending on the scope of the project) and comprises approx. 50%.
