Job Description Job Summary:
A new role for a Project Engineer focusing on vessel modifications to offshore LNG assets located internationally. Assist development projects in meeting safety, environmental, and capital objectives, providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Duties:
Prioritize safety and uphold the organization's Core Values. Provide naval architecture and marine engineering expertise. Manage projects from inception to commissioning, including on-site supervision. Follow the Stage Gate Process for project planning and execution. Monitor financial status and submit accurate forecasts. Organize and participate in project risk analysis and evaluation. Develop and coordinate engineering and equipment requirements. Manage vendor selection, quotations, and contractual commitments. Prepare cost, time, and resource plans for projects. Supervise project teams and contractors. Ensure proper filing of project documentation. Handle physical demands according to job requirements. Work in a moderate noise level environment. Travel required: Less than 20%. Work Authorization: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of project engineering experience. Experience in LNG operations preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate activities efficiently.
