Project Engineer - Pressure Cast
**Location:** San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato, México **Work Mode:** On-Site **Main Activities:** + Monitor compliance with the daily production schedule. + Monitor quality and each daily process. + Plan and strategize product fulfillment based on the MPS (Master Production Schedule). + Monitor critical process parameters. + Monitor and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans. + Weekly quality report for corporate indicator meetings. + Ensure and train on each work procedure. + Implement increasingly effective controls that impact productivity and quality improvement. + Implement at least 4 continuous improvement events per year in the area for presentation of plant savings projects. + Workload planning according to the MPS. **Job Requirements:** + Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. + Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the ceramics industry. + Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, assertive communication, knowledge of personnel management, problem-solving and decision-making, PC skills, intermediate English, experience in ceramics. **Why Choose Kohler?** We empower each associate to #BecomeMoreAtKohler with a competitive total rewards package to support your health and wellbeing, access to career growth and development opportunities, a diverse and inclusive workplace, and a strong culture of innovation.
