ACTIVITIES
Activities will include: Driving Contractors in anticipating issues, optimizing performance and delivering on time and within budget Facilitating and monitoring scope execution as per contract requirements Supporting and following up with the Site Representatives, liaison officer, HSE supervisor Tracking and projecting budgets Tracking and projecting Schedule Tracking and adapting Scope of Work Preparing and tracking correspondence and project documents such as Letter Reporting to and liaising with Management, end user FEED engineering, Head Quarters technical specialists Calling upon Company support resources: procurement and contract, HSE, marine and technical advisors, et HSE RESPONSIBILITIES Follow-up with Contractors HSE performance, monitor HSE reporting Adhere to and communicate Project HSE Policies Proactively intervene where HSE deficiencies are identified and report Attend Project HSE meetings, training and inspections when invited ACCOUNTABILITY Following-up on Budget, Schedule, Scope Collecting and digesting progress reports from the field (by Contractors and Supervisors) Preparing internal reports QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- Experience and familiarity with hydrographic, geophysical and geotechnical surveys is desirable Experience in project management for Oil & Gas Development Contract engineering knowledge Experience with contract execution facilitation and monitoring Ability to understand a contract and prepare contractual letters and documents Proficiency and Communication skills in English Language, both written and verbal, Azerbaijani and Russian languages are desirable, The ability to collaborate fruitfully and respectfully within a multi-cultural environment Ability to understand, evaluate and apply technical information Work experience in EPC and international projects environment Proficiency with MS Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project AutoCAD skills are desirable HSE awareness and literacy is required
